My third biggest complaint was with the Database. Cricket Jr is and still is the only program that offers a full featured database to make real auction management possible however, not being a database programmer two years ago, the original database was a bit cumbersome and didn't always work as designed. AOL and CompuServe Users, Email Feature not AvailableEmail is a good bit of my business and I understand fully the importance of a good email program in that it has to be set up to help keep things under control. CJ 4.0 comes with a greatly enhanced Custom Email Program. The Email program opens to the Email Editor View. Herein you make Form Emails for later use by yourself or CJ, or simply type new ones and send as needed. The Cricket Emailer is tied to the database and will in most cases know exactly what you want to do. View Image
Once you have typed a new email or selected a pre-made custom (made by you) form email, you click the Prepare Email button to prepare to send it. You can send emails yourself or the program will automatically send them with certain Snipe feature options active. The CJ Email program only sends email and all replies will come to your default email program.
