Mass Feedback
Click Start and Safe2Bid retrieves all feedback owed to you and determines who left feedback for you already and what they left you. In the Feedback Message frame you set up the comment(s) and if you want to send an email to the seller. Click the Submit Now button and the feedback is submitted. Its that easy and you can choose to feedback all at the same time or just one, its all up to you
Feedback Settings
Safe2Bid offers you the freedom of choosing how intensive a subject's feedback should be investigated. The further to the right you select a setting the longer it will take for Safe2Bid to analyze the subject's feedback and search for red flag keywords. Speed will be relative to your connection and the speed of your computer.
Shill Bidding
The purpose of this feature in the program is to assist in determining
that a person may be shilling while saving you up to hours of your time
trying to determine the same thing manually. You make the final judgment call as to whether or not you will bid on a
seller's auction. Only Ebay's SafeHarbor can prove guilt and in some cases
Ebay's SafeHarbor team may not be able to determine if a seller is
unquestionably involved in shilling.
In the image below, note the "Encourage" check box. Safe2Bid can locate people that have not left you feedback yet and you can send an email to encourage them to do so. A SHUN list? You bet.. There may be individuals out there you will not want to give any kind of feedback to.. so shun them!
Customize the Feedback Manager
You can tailor the Feedback Manager to suit your situation. The email feature may not work with all email programs and in some case where it does work the special feature that appends a body to your email may not work. Eudora - Handles it all. AOL, CompuServe, Outlook Express - Do not append body to email. The Test Emailer button will help you quickly find out if the email feature will work and to what extent.
