It is easier for you to now access the Help Desk via Cricket. Via the Options screen from the Cricket menu you can register and/or submit support requests. In addition, Cricket will save us all some time by submitting an error log if it exists and the snipe log if the issue involves a snipe. Via Cricket you can access all of your support cases, open and or closed. You can search the new Cricket FAQ's, Knowledge Base or submit a support or registration quest.
We strongly recommend you create a Help Desk profile. This insures you will receive update notifications prior to Snipe being sent that may be scheduled.
